Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Larroudé shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack the Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Larroudé box and dust bag, then secure them inside a shipping carton with the packing slip included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
